The Cavalli Penthouse, as it’s known, is 5,300 square feet with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a sauna, three terraces and a private elevator, according to the real estate listing. The “unit is the first American residence completed by the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli” and features “a custom Murano glass chandelier, onyx walls and parquet floors, plus fireplaces made of marble from Spain and curtains from Italy,” Mansion Global reported. Million Dollar Listing star Josh Altman handled the deal for the Dubrows; he also sold the couple's reality TV-famous home, known as Chateau Dubrow, last year for $55 million -- the third largest sale in OC history.
Despite the hilltop home’s hefty price tag, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” stars reportedly snagged the property for well below the $37.5 million asking price. The property also features two large bedrooms, luxurious baths, massive walk-in custom closets, a private sauna, two additional private terraces and a separate office with a library. The penthouse has sprawling views overlooking the Pacific Ocean and an elevator that opens into a private lobby. “JUST CLOSED MY BIGGEST DEAL TO DATE- The Cavalli Penthouse, CENTURY CITY | 2 BEDS | 4.5 BATHS | 5,254 SQ FT,” the Netflix star wrote via Instagram last week.
"I'm in a very transitional stage in my family's life with two kids off to college and the third not that far behind — and then the fourth not that far behind that," she said at BravoCon. "You know, Terry and I have been having lots of conversations about what's happening next with us." Later, she shared glimpses of her glam foyer and her seemingly endless closet complete with a chandelier, an ottoman, and several sectioned-off shelves and hanging spaces for her amazing wardrobe.
“We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic, Hollywood estate,” Heather told ET, noting that the couple plans to take three years to renovate the 9,000 sq. Foot Beverly mansion, which sits on 8.2 acres and includes a canyon. In 2020, Heather and Terry already had their sights set on their next real estate project. "We actually just bought a plot of land in Idaho," Heather revealed on RealiTea With Derek Z in October of that year. "I had never been to Idaho before. I'd never even been to that corner of the world."

My practice is in Orange County,” he went on, making sure to note that the couple has been “leading a dual life for a while,” as they also own a Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in Los Angeles’ Century City. They shared in 2020 that they bought a plot of land in Idaho and were building a home to live out Heather's "lake house fantasy." Penthouse is located in Century City, as revealed by Selling Sunset's Heather Rae El Moussa, who sold it to them. "They bought in LA and are building [a home] in Idaho. They missed L.A. a lot so it will be good to have something there," a source told PEOPLE, before adding that the Dubrows are continuing to live elsewhere in Orange County while Heather films season 17 of RHOC.
The English traditional-style two-story home spans 5,797 square feet—quite a bit smaller than the pair’s former 22,000 square-foot mansion—containing five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Sitting 38 floors up in the air, the 5,300 square foot penthouse not only has views extending from the Hollywood sign all the way to the ocean, it was actually designed by a fashion icon -- Roberto Cavalli. The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather’s love of champagne is further evident, as she even has an entire wall which displays over 60 bottles of Veuve Clicquot!
